HACSJ Plans Complete Renovation on 40-Unit Complex

Delta Community Developers Corp. (DCDC) has recently acquired Creekside South Apartments, which is located in the city of Lodi. Originally built in 1972, this 40-unit complex serves as affordable housing for seniors. Now, these one and two-bedroom homes will receive a necessary renovation and modernization in 2021.

Funding for this project will be provided by Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), HOME funds, and permanent financing. Additionally, an annual Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) contract will provide tenant-based assistance under the Housing Choice Voucher program. With this rehabilitation of Creekside South Apartments, the Housing Authority can effectively support senior residents by providing safer, modern, and rent-subsidized units.
